Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AMBIAYU. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Downloadable software or digital products
Items marked as final sale
Perishable goods

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@yourstore.com.
